Contracted to replace an old storefront door in Encino CA. Shopping center wanted to update the old broken door to a new style storefront door with a concealed overhead door closer and a new threshold and new lock hardware as well as rekey the new lock to managers key. This was a custom job through and through we had to cancel the floor closer and replace the header as well as the door and convert it to a overhead closer instead of the floor closer in the ground.
